Newman Nights for winter quarter begin on Tuesday January 14, 2014. Please join us at 7:30pm in the Sanctuary of the Old Union on campus for a presentation on the history of the Sacraments of Initiation.

Presenter Anne Grycz is the Director Emerita of the Institute for Leadership in Ministry in the Diocese of San Jose. She is adjunct faculty at St. Patrick’s Seminary in Menlo Park and is involved with Permanent Deacon and Advanced Lay Leadership Formation in the Diocese of San Jose. Anne is a graduate of the Pierre Favre Program at the Jesuit Retreat Center and serves as a spiritual director for the Center’s retreats as well as for the Companions in Ignatian Spirituality Program and the annual Santa Clara University five day Ignatian retreat. She is the mother of two adult children.

Each Tuesday evening, the CC@S’ Center for Theological and Spiritual Formation (CTSF) offers presentations on the breadth and depth of Catholic Theology. Newman Nights are open to the entire community with special break-out sessions for RCIA, Confirmation, permanent community members, and students.
