Newman Night: Sacraments of Healing

Each Tuesday evening we offer presentations on the breadth and depth of Catholic Theology. Newman Nights are open to the entire community with special break-out sessions for RCIA, Confirmation, permanent community members, and students. Our speaker is Fr. Gregory Haake, CSC, PhD Candidate, French Literature, Stanford University. He will speak about Penance and Reconciliation and Anointing of the Sick. These two uniquely Catholic sacraments make manifests to us in an explicit way God's mercy, forgiveness, and healing grace. We meet March 5 in the Common Room, 3rd Floor Old Union from 7:30-9:00PM.
