Common Room, 3rd Floor Old Union > In the wake of the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI, many questions arise concerning the election of a new pope and church governance in general. The Second Vatican Council addressed many of these issues so important to us as Catholics today. We will be commemorating the fiftieth anniversary of this very council by offering a one-day symposium titled "The Legacy of Vatican II: Personal Reflections". It will be offered on March 9 from 9:00AM-4:00PM in the >Old Union Common Room, and is open to the public free of charge.
