RetreatsRetreats are offered several times throughout the academic year for undergraduates, graduates, and young adults. Contact Lourdes Alonso for more information or if you'd like to be on the retreat planning teams. Undergraduate RetreatsFollow the Yellow Brick Road We went just a few miles away to Vallombrosa Retreat Center for the Fall Retreat. Undergrads from the community enjoyed a weekend of prayer, fellowship and fun around a theme of companions on a journey. Found in the Silence The Undergrad Spring retreat took place on the bluffs of the Pacific Ocean at Point Montara Lighthouse. We took time for prayer, engaging discussion and relaxation and shared our journeys of faith. Graduate RetreatFirst Things Last... Forever We took time for prayer, engaged in discussion and relaxation with other graduate students and young adults in this retreat across the Bay. Young Adult RetreatOctober 21-22, 2011 All of us want to be transformed in some way, but are often deterred by the risks involved. This retreat examined the idea of transformation, risk, and reconciliation -- both with God and with others. We took time to step back from the course of daily life and enter into the unknown to renew your commitment to Christ Jesus through meditation, music, journaling, and ritual. |
